The Waterfront at the Marina is the best property you can lease from in the Reno/Sparks area. They have the best management, and they're super easy to work with. The staff, Destiny, Sonny, Heather, etc are extremely professional and always have the answers to your questions. The amenities are limitless and they always have something planned for their residents.

Our family and I are enjoying living here at Waterfront at the Marina! We enjoy our daily walks at the marina and sipping coffee next door while looking over the beautiful scenery. The staff are great and friendly and making sure we are well taken care of. The views are spectacular and the location near everything makes it well worth living here!

So many activities for the residents. The calendar has a lot to offer. Apartments have all my needs and I feel very safe and secure going from my parking spot at any time. Garage is well-lit. The staff is all so wonderful and attentive to any question or need.

The views! The rooftop lounge area has an epic view! The management team who runs this complex are the nicest most attentive in the business! I've been here for two weeks and they've had all sorts of events! Pilates, circuit training, a chef from Tahoe for a food demo in the demo kitchen, food trucks, drawings, etc! I'm in love!
